April 14, 2025 The Order History Page of your Purchasing Platform is designed to enable you to view your orders at a glance, quickly scan Order Details by line item, and easily review critical order information. Your orders can be found on the Order History Page after they're successfully processed. ### To view your previous orders: 1\. Click on the **Account tab** in the top navigation and select **My Orders** from the drop-down list. This page provides important details, including the order date and Labviva Order number, the supplier for each item within an order, and the item overview, quantity, and price. **Note:** Up to ten items within an order can be viewed on the Order History Page. To view additional items within an order, click Order Details. To view the expanded details of a specific order, click **Order Details**. Review your order details, including manufacturer name and SKU, supplier name and ID, price, and quantity. To repurchase an item, click on the **Manufacturer SKU** to visit the Product Details Page and select your desired buying option. Or Continue shopping within your Purchasing Platform. **Note:** A Labviva or Supplier PO may appear on the Order Details Page after your order is successfully processed, depending on your organization's billing setup. If a PO is available, contact Labviva Support with any order questions and reference the PO number. If no PO appears, please contact the supplier directly with any order questions and use the PO from your procurement system.
