Viewing Community Purchase History
View the number of times members of your organization have purchased a product on the Labviva Purchasing Platform.
Your Purchasing Platform enables you to make more informed purchasing decisions by viewing the Community Purchase History of your organization.
When you view products on the Search Results Page or Product Details Page, a green banner will be displayed for any products previously purchased by members of your organization.
Note: Community Purchase History reflects the previous purchases of your colleagues using the same Purchasing Platform site. This may vary by organization.
To view the Community Purchase History of a product:
1. Browse or search for a product. You’ll be brought to the Search Results Page to view the results or to the Product Details Page if an exact SKU match is found.
If a product has been previously purchased by a member of your organization through Labviva, a green banner will appear, indicating the number of times it has been purchased in the last year.
2. Click the green box associated with a product to view its Community Purchase History Details.
Note: Expanded Community Purchase History Details will be displayed in one of two ways, depending on your organization’s view selection: Summary Details View or Purchaser Details View.
Summary Details View
Displays purchase history at an organizational level, including Total Purchases, Last Purchased, Supplier, and Unit of Measure.
Purchaser Details View
Displays individual purchaser information, including Purchaser, Total Purchases, Last Purchased, Supplier, and Unit of Measure.
Community Purchase History details can then be used to help inform your purchasing decision and, when viewing the Purchaser Details View, connect with colleagues to further discuss a product.
