Re-PunchOut to a Supplier Site
Re-PunchOut to a supplier site from your Labviva Purchasing Platform, search for a product, and return your cart to Labviva for purchase.
Re-PunchOut to supplier sites from your Purchasing Platform enables you to search for configurable products and/or services within an available supplier's site, and return your cart back to your Purchasing Platform. Your organization will determine which supplier(s) will have Re-PunchOut capabilities within your platform.
Re-PunchOut item(s) are ordered alongside any additional items in your Purchasing Platform cart. To provide you with pricing transparency, the Purchasing Platform will automatically notify you whenever a lower price alternative with a matching SKU is available for purchase from a catalog on your Labviva Purchasing Platform.
To Re-PunchOut to a Supplier Site:
1. Hover your mouse over or click Suppliers in the top navigation and select the appropriate supplier from the drop-down list.
This brings you to the Supplier’s Landing Page.
2. Click Punch Out to Supplier on the Supplier Landing Page.

3. Search for your desired product(s) on the supplier site.
4. Add your product(s) to the supplier site’s cart and check out.
Note: The items will automatically be brought to your Labviva Purchasing Platform. Your cart on the supplier site will then become empty.
5. Review the items from your supplier Re-PunchOut order.
Click the X to remove any items you no longer want to purchase.

Click Add to Cart to proceed to checkout.

The Labviva platform will automatically search your suppliers’ catalogs for a matching SKU. If a lower-price catalog item with a matching SKU is available, you’ll be notified by an exclamation point indicating a Price Alert.
A Price Alert gives you the option to purchase a catalog item for a lower price or continue placing your order.
6. If available, click the “! Lower price available” notification to view the Price Alert.
7. Click Add to Cart to add the lower-priced catalog item to your Cart. This item will be added directly to your Cart.
Or
Click Return to PunchOut Summary or the X in the top right corner of the Price Alert window to continue using the price of your Re-PunchOut product.
To Complete a Re-PunchOut Order Purchase in Labviva:
1. Click the cart icon in the top navigation.
2. On your Cart Page, review your Re-PunchOut order and any additional items in your cart.
Note: Products added to your cart via Re-PunchOut will not display an image on the Cart Page.
3. Click Proceed to Checkout.
This will bring you to the Checkout Page.
4. Review and/or edit your order on the Checkout Page.
5. When you’re ready to check out, click Place Order.
This will complete your order and send details to your organization’s procurement system where applicable workflow and/or approval processes will take place.
