How do I order a product with a specific lot number?

How to place an order for a product with a specific lot number on the Labviva Purchasing Platform.

Orders for a product with a specific lot number can be placed on the Labviva Purchasing Platform using the Quote Order feature.

Before placing your quote order, please ensure that the supplier indicates any lot number requirements on the quote form. Required lot numbers must appear on the quote to honor lot requests. If they are not on the quote, suppliers will not honor specific lot requests.

Note: Lot requirements cannot be fulfilled if sent via email or note with your order. Please include any lot requirements on the quote.

Once you have secured your quote with the required lot numbers from the supplier, follow these step-by-step Quote Ordering instructions to place your order.
