Filtering Search Results

Review and filter your product search results on the Labviva Purchasing Platform.

When browsing and searching across catalogs, suppliers, and products on your Purchasing Platform, Filters allow you to refine your search results through a number of available options, including category, vendor, manufacturer, and supplier designation.

To filter your browsing or search results:

1. Search or browse for the item you’d like to purchase.

2. Navigate to Product Filters.

Here you’ll find a variety Filters, including:

• Product Category (Based on multiple criteria, including UNSPSC codes)

• Vendor (Supplier who sells the searched product)

• Manufacturer (Manufacturer who makes the searched product)

• Supplier Designation or Badge (e.g. Women-Owned, Small Business, Minority-Owned, Green, etc.)

• Application (for certain product categories; the relevant scientific application)

Product Category (Based on multiple criteria, including UNSPSC codes)

Vendor (Supplier who sells the searched product)

Manufacturer (Manufacturer who makes the searched product)

Supplier Designation or Badge (e.g. Women-Owned, Small Business, Minority-Owned, Green, etc.)

Application (for certain product categories; the relevant scientific application)

Note: You may use multiple filters at once to view search results that meet all of your specific search criteria.

3. To filter your search results by:

• Category

  • Click your preferred category type.​

• Vendor

  • Search for a specific vendor using the vendor search bar (when shown) and/or select the box next to each vendor whose search results you’d like to view.

• Manufacturer

  • Search for a specific manufacturer using the manufacturer search bar and/or select the box next to each manufacturer whose search results you’d like to view.

• Supplier Designation

  • Select the box next to each supplier designation to view search results from suppliers with that/those designation(s).
