What’s Changed?
We’ve introduced a new AI-powered quote parsing feature that automatically extracts key information from supplier quotes even across multiple pages and varied formats. Buyers can now upload quote files directly and see structured data populated instantly, helping them move faster from quote review to order creation.
Additional enhancements include:
Quote preview - see the uploaded quote with parsed data to quickly verify and correct information.
Confidence scoring with color coding - easily view how confident the system is in each parsed field.

Why This Change?
This enhancement was designed to simplify and accelerate quote processing for users managing diverse and complex quote layouts. By leveraging vision based AI models, the system provides improved accuracy, transparency, and control while reducing manual data entry and enabling smarter purchasing decisions. Ultimately, this helps buyers save time and ensure greater consistency in how quotes are processed across suppliers.

How to use the new AI Quote Parser?
Step 1: Go to Quote Order page then Type and Find the Supplier
Step 2: Click “Upload and Parse (AI Powered)” button then select your quote file
Step 3: Allow AI to process the uploaded file. Progression steps display the progress on parsing.
Step 4: Preview the uploaded file
Step 5: Review parsed information and low confidence fields. Make manual corrections as required or add missing information.
